It's EASY to Improve Your Face With the Right Jawline Exercises...

Let's Look at What Actually Works

6 Best Jawline Exercises

1. 🥇 The Jawliners
2. 🥈 Mastic Gum
3. 🥉 Jawliner Gum
4. Rockjaw
5. Greco Gum
6. Falim Gum

1. The Jawliners

The jawliner is by far the best jawline exercise you can do today. It comes in 3 resistances: beginner, advanced and expert.

These Jawliner rubber capsules sit between your molar teeth at the back of your mouth

✅ PROS

  • 💪 Works the Masseter Muscle: Jawliners are a molar-based trainers which means they train the main muscle on the side of your jaw. Other exercises stimulate the temporalis muscle on the side of your head, above your year
  • 🧱 More Resistance, Different Levels – work your way up to higher resistances as your face gets stronger. You get better results that way. The STEEL jawliners come in 3 precisely calculated resistances; 52lbs, 62lbs and 70lbs
  • 🦴 Zero Joint Damage: chewing a small object (or food) is a natural movement for your jaw, teeth and gums. You won't stress any muscles, joints or get TMJ. I can't say the same for some of the other jawline exercisers
  • 🎖 FDA Approved: these are made from food-grade silicon, and have been tested and approved by the Food & Drug Administration as well as by the PICA institute of Berlin
  • ⏱ Lasts Longer = Cheaper – the Jawliner's don't break and can be re-used as much as you like. Chewing gums are a diminishing product that you have to buy again and again
  • 👑 Consistent Quality – with the Jawliners, you know what the resistance is, and it doesn't change. Natural gums can be very inconsistent. Sometimes it's rock-hard (with gritty pieces in it), other times it's the stickiest thing you've ever felt
  • 🎨 Less Risk of Developing Asymmetry – you put one Jawliner in each side of your mouth, on your molars. The workout is the same for both sides of your face. With chewing gum... it's just one ball in your mouth. It's very common that people chew mainly on one side. Obviously, that side becomes more developed that the other
    • 🧰 Easy to Carry Around: it comes in a convenient container that fits in your pocket. You can easily take them around with you. After usage, they could be covered in saliva- so you can just put them straight into the container
    • 😃 A Sharper Jawline... Or It's FREE: either you'll see an improvement to your jawline or you'll get your money back. The same goes for all STEEL products

    ❌ CONS

      • 🏚 They Can Still Break: the newer Jawliner models are made with 2 types of silicon; one to provide the resistance, another to bite into without breaking. However, they can still break if you have particularly sharp teeth or chew them very aggressively. It doesn't matter too much though – they come with a free replacement policy

      2. Mastic Gum

Mastic gum has been chewed for 3000 years by Mediterraneans. But now it's becoming really popular as a jawline exercise.

STEEL's Mastic Gum is by far the most popular brand of mastic chewing gum currently on the market. Let's find out why 👇

Mastic Gum is known as the best chewing gum for your jawline

      ✅ PROS

      • 🔥 It's INSANELY Effective: Steel has hundreds of review and transformation photos to prove that it sharpens your jawline. This is the most important criteria for picking a jawline exercise. There's no doubt about Mastic Gum's effectiveness.
      • 💪 Builds the Right Muscle: you're trying to improve your jawline and your appearance... the goal isn't to just build muscle in your face, right? You have to build muscle in the right place. The masseter muscle, particularly the lower portion, is the part you want to grow. Other jawline exercises grow the wrong muscles, which will make your face rounder. More on that later.
      • 👨‍🎓 You Can Workout Anywhere, Anytime: it's a type of chewing gum. You can chew it when you're working, studying, driving or working out. It's easy to train and nobody even knows you're doing it. Some of the other jaw exercises aren't as discrete, and frankly, they'd be embarrassing to pull out in front of other people.
      • 🥦 It's a Super Food: mastic chewing gum has dozens of extra benefits you weren't counting on. Including helping you lose weight!
      • 🦴 Zero Joint Damage: chewing a small hard piece of gum is a natural movement and texture for your jaw, teeth and gums. You won't stress any muscles, joints or get TMJ. I can't say the same for some of the other jawline exercises.
      • 🟧 It's Now Available on Amazon: you can it from Amazon, though it is often out-of-stock and you may have to wait to get some
      • 👅 Doesn't Lose its Taste – Mastic never loses its fresh, cedar taste
      • 😃 A Sharper Jawline... Or It's FREE: either you'll see an improvement to your jawline after 1 pack, or you'll get your money back. It's that simple.

      ❌ CONS

      • 📋 It Runs Out: mastic gum is re-usable so you can chew one piece of separate occasions. However, most people don't do that. Once you chew through your pack, you'll have to order more.
      • 😋 The Taste Isn't For Everyone: Mastic has a fresh cedar flavor. But not everyone likes the taste. Most people's taste buds are used to the sweet mint flavors of regular gum

      • 🎖 FDA Approved: this gum have been tested and approved by the Food & Drug Administration as well as by the PICA institute of Berlin
      • 👨‍🎓 You Can Workout Anywhere, Anytime: you can chew gum when you're working, studying, driving or working out. It's easy to train and nobody even knows you're doing it. Some of the other jaw exercises aren't as discrete, and frankly, they'd be embarrassing to pull out in front of other people
        • 👌 Every Piece is the Same – with mastic gum, each piece is slightly different. Some might be extremely hard, others might be soft. That's because it's a 100% natural product. Each piece of Jawliner Gum is the exact same. Same hardness, same taste. You know exactly what you're getting
        • 🦴 Zero Joint Damage: chewing a small hard piece of gum is a natural movement and texture for your jaw, teeth and gums. You won't stress any muscles, joints or get TMJ. I can't say the same for some of the other jawline exercises
        • 🍃 Mint-Flavored – Jawliner Gum is just like regular chewing gum, but much harder. Not everyone likes the cedar flavor of Mastic gum. Fitness Gum is a great alternative
        • 🦷 Not As Harsh on Teeth and Gums – Mastic can be quite hard on your mouth if you have sensitive teeth and gums. Try Jawliner Gum for a softer experience
          • ≣ Every Piece is the Same – Mastic is a natural product picked from a tree – the pieces aren't the same. Because Jawliner Gum is manufactured, it can be made in uniform pieces with the exact same hardness and flavor
          • 🤑 Cheap – because it can be mass-produced, Jawliner Gum is much cheaper than Mastic Gum

          ❌ CONS

          • 📋 It Runs Out: once you chew through your pack, you'll have to order more
          • 🤤 Taste Doesn't Last Long: most chewing gums lose their taste after a while, Jawline Gum is no different

                5. Greco Gum

Greco market's itself as a healthy, natural chewing gum rather than a jawline exercise.

But it's still a high-quality mastic gum and is therefore still a great jawline tool.

                Greco Gum - jaw exerciser

Greco gum is a good mastic gum sold by a Canadian company

                ✅ PROS

                • 🔥 It's Effective: Greco gum is mastic gum just like Steel. It has many of the same benefits and it's very effective.
                • 💪 Builds the Right Muscle: it builds the lower portion of the masseter muscle- the part you want to!
                • 👨‍🎓 You Can Workout Anywhere, Anytime: chew while you're working, studying, driving or working out.
                • 🥦 It's a Super Food: greco gum is mastic chewing gum and has all the benefits you'd expect.
                • 👅 Doesn't Lose its Taste – Mastic never loses its fresh, cedar taste
                • 🦴 Zero Joint Damage: no TMJ or stress on your joints.

                ❌ CONS

                • 🪨 Can Be Gritty: the main downside of Greco Gum is the quality of the mastic crystals. They contain small impurities, like grains of sand, which could damage your teeth.
                • 💵 Expensive: for its quality, greco gum is kind of expensive. And that's before you factor in the high cost of shipping!
                • 🚢 Slow Shipping: speaking of shipping, it's slow. It's not unusual for your package to take 2-3 weeks to arrive
                • 🪵 Always Out-of-Stock: they don't seem to ever have much supply on hand. I bet if you went to their site right now, it would be out of stock.
                • 📋 It Runs Out: mastic gum is re-usable so you can chew one piece of separate occasions. However, most people don't do that. Once you chew through your pack, you'll have to order more.

                  6. Falim Gum

Falim gum is a great workout for beginners or older people.

It's slightly harder than regular gum but far softer than mastic gum, jawline gum or jawliner fitness gum.

                  Falim gum - jaw exerciser

Falim is a hard, artificial Turkish gum that is good for beginners

                  ✅ PROS

                  • 🛍 It's Cheap: it's a really common chewing gum in Turkey and Eastern Europe. You'll find it in most corner stores in those countries, and it won't cost more than a few dollar a pack.
                  • 🍼 Great For Beginners: if you've never trained your jaw before, Falim is a great place to start before moving up to mastic gum.
                  • 👨‍🎓 You Can Workout Anywhere, Anytime: chew while you're working, studying, driving or working out.
                  • 🦴 Zero Joint Damage: no TMJ or stress on your joints.

                  ❌ CONS

                  • 🐤 Not Much Different From Regular Gum: results will be pretty slow unless you increase the intensity of your jaw workouts.
                  • 🦪 Doesn't Taste That Good: there's lots of flavors, so you might be able to find one that you like. That makes it hard to chew for many hours- which you need to do to get a workout.
                  • ⚛️ Slightly Toxic: it contains 2 synthetic antioxidants call E321 and Butyl hydroxytoluene. These are included as preservatives to keep the gum fresh. But these antioxidants are always believed to be highly toxic for the liver, kidney's and retina.

Why Isn't Jawzrsize on the List?

                    molar vs incisor trainers

The most well-known jawline trainers, but also one of the worst... is Jawzrsize.

The first type of jawline tools were all incisor-based. They're the rubber-ball type ones that you bite down into with your incisor teeth (front teeth). A damaged jaw joint and chipped, crooked teeth is not what you want – so steer clear of them.

I've made a list of all the tools that you should AVOID. Many of the most popular jawline trainers are on this list 👇

🏁 SUMMARY: 6 Best Jawline Exercises

🏆  Molar-Based Exercises and Chewing Gums are the Best for Your Jawline

Trying to chisel your jawline safely? Chewing gums and molar-based exercises are the best way to do it.

Chewing with the molars is a natural movement, so there aren't any risks.

⚠️  Incisor-Based Jawline Exercises Will Cause Severe Jaw Problems

Most jawline exercises don't actually workout your jaw. They train the temporalis muscle above your ear on the side of your head.

Exercises like Jawzrsize make you chew with your mouth wide open. This puts enormous strain on your jaw hinge and will lead to a myriad of problems in the future.
