   That's fine. Kind of. I'm doing the same thing, but there's one big difference: I don't want traffic. I want to actually help you improve your jawline.

   I've done it myself. I've spent years trying everything and iterating on all the possible methods. Now I've condensed the "formula" down into 7 steps. Everything else you do is a waste of time.

   Don't worry if you think you have bad genetics. I estimate that a man's jawline is ~30% genetics. The rest is up to you and your ability to follow these 7 steps.



 The 7 Step Jawline Cheat Sheet




1. Nose Breathing

Nose breathing sets the foundation for tongue posture, which is crucial for your jaw shape. It also filters air thoroughly and results in more oxygen absorption.



2. Tongue Posture

Mewing” has been a big trend recently. It’s basically just tongue posture. If you’re not doing it correctly already, start now. Mewing will improve your health and your facial bone structure. Tongue posture is the foundation of a strong jawline.



3. Jaw Muscles

Your masseter muscles on the side of your jaw… are muscles. They can be built up with the right exercises. Train regularly with hard chewing gums and the molar-based jawline exercisers.



4. Neck Muscles

Bigger, stronger neck muscles make your entire face and jawline look stronger and more chiseled. Build your trap muscles with heavy deadlifts and shrugs. Isolate your neck with a weight neck harness.



5. Cheek Muscles

Toned buccinator muscles give you that hollow cheek look. Certain exercises like the fish-face exercise can help, but it’s more important to learn how to chew and swallow correctly.



6. Clear Skin

The contour lines of your face will be more visible if you shave all facial hair. Eat healthy and sweat often, to keep your skin clear. And reduce your salt intake, so your face doesn’t hold water and look bloated.



7. Slim Down

Lose the layer of fat covering your jaw, neck and face – so you can actually see your jawline! This one is obvious, but you’d be surprised at how much of a difference weight loss can make.
