What is the Ideal Female Jawline? 5 Ways for ANYONE to Attain it

  • by Matt Phelps

Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Lopez, Gal Gadot…

Beyond their breathtaking beauty, what do some of these famous women have in common?

You guessed right.

If you haven't already noticed, they have the ideal example of a female jawline.

But why is it such a big deal?

Whether we like it or not, we humans make snap judgments about others as soon as we meet them.

I know it seems vain, but this is the harsh truth.

Research has shown that we see women who have prominent jawlines as more powerful and fertile.

In this article, I’ll go into detail about how anyone… I mean any female… can get the ideal jawline.

If you are ready, let’s get into it.

What Makes A Female Jawline Attractive?

Before we get into the how, let’s talk about the what.

What is considered to be an ideal jawline?

What makes a female jawline attractive?

Some studies say that having a jawline with an acute angle and a shaped jaw makes your jaw look very attractive.

In simple terms, think of Angelina Jolie's jaw.

Some other studies found that women find a jawline with a narrow-angle very attractive.

Little wonder why the Internet is full of tips and tricks for getting a V-shaped jawline.

YouTubers use cosmetics techniques like face fillers and shading to achieve this effect.

How To Get An Ideal Female Jawline Definition

Now that we understand the what, we can fully get into the how.

There’s a lot of information of how men can get a sharper jawline.

But don't worry ladies!

There are still many ways for women to get a jawline.

The five main ways are muscle strength, body fat, diet, mewing, and non-surgical options.

1.   Increase Muscle Strength

Chewing Jawliner gum is an excellent way to work out the three main jaw muscles.

These are the masseter, the pterygoid, and the temporalis.

Normal gum and chewing daily will work those muscles but if those who want to take your gum-chewing to the next level, jawline gum is 10 times thicker than regular chewing gum and is made to sculpt your jawline.

 More resistance, more muscle.

2.   Reduce Body Fat

Doing cardio or working out every day can help you lose body fat and get rid of bloat, which makes it easier to see your jaw muscles.

Jawline exercises can help you be more specific in burning facial fat.

When you work out your neck, chin, and jaw, your cheekbones can get sharper, and your jawline can stand out more.

3.   Eating Proper Diet

This is another key to having a healthy toned face.

The average person eats a lot more sodium than the recommended daily amount every day.

Reducing the amount of sodium you eat will help you feel less bloated and will go well with the other tips above.

Find and stick to a healthy eating plan that works for you.

Don't count on cardio alone to help you lose weight.

4.   Mewing

Mewing is gaining popularity FAST.

It is a way to shape your jawline by closing your lips and pressing your tongue flat against the roof of your mouth for as long and as often as possible.

It helps your neck and jawline posture and makes your face look more attractive, especially if you have a "double chin."

If you don't already "mew," you have some great things to look forward to.

In addition to the possibility of a more defined jawline, other benefits include a more youthful appearance and stronger facial and front neck muscles.

Find out how to mew properly and start TODAY.

5.   Non-surgical options

We will discuss these options in detail in the next section.

However, combining the first four jawline tricks listed above will give you a chiseled ideal jawline in no time!

Non-Surgical Options For Achieving An Ideal Female Jawline

If you want to make small to moderate changes on your jaw and don't mind getting touch-ups every few months, you may choose non-surgical options.

Some of the most commonly used treatments are neurotoxins, fat-melting injectables, surgical threads, and dermal fillers.

I'll briefly explain these choices:

1. Dermal Fillers (For Shaping/Slimming The Face)

When dermal fillers are injected along the jawline, they can make the mandible, and the angle of the jawbone look better.

The treatment's effects can be seen almost right away and can last from 6 to 12 months, depending on the type of filler used.

2. Neurotoxin (to Improve the Jawline)

Injections that relax muscles can be put right into the masseter muscles.

It can help slim down your jaw and face shape as a whole, giving you a "V-shaped" jawline that is very popular.

The effects can last up to three to four months.

The treatment will have to be done again after that.

3. Kybella (get rid of chin fat / double chin)

Kybella injections can help if you have too much fat under your chin, which makes your jaw look loose and less defined.

During the treatment, deoxycholic acid is injected under your chin.

This kills fat cells, which your body will slowly get rid of over the next few months.

4. Surgical Threads (to fix loose skin)

Some people have no definition in the jaw area because they have too much loose skin.

If you fall into that category, the skin around your jowls can be made tighter with surgical threads.

Most of the time, the effects will last between 6 and 12 months.

A lower facelift or neck lift may be a better choice if you have a lot of loose skin on your face and neck.

Summary

There are a lot of things that make you attractive.

Don't worry yourself silly over just one. If you're lucky enough to have a perfect jawline, then good for you.

But not having the ideal jawline is neither good nor bad.

When it comes to getting a perfect jaw, there is no one size that fits all.

Either way, I think the jawline formula is worth a shot, and you should put in the effort to develop your jawline.

Mainly because it will make you feel better about yourself!

No matter what you decide, you should be happy with how you look and focus on more important things.
